Shipping Territory & Jurisdiction

Phyllis Boutique operates exclusively within the United States. We process and ship orders solely to valid physical addresses located inside the USA. We do not accept international orders or support shipping to overseas destinations.

Shipping Rates & Surcharges

We offer guaranteed Free Shipping on all domestic orders placed through our storefront. There are no minimum order thresholds, coupon code requirements, or hidden freight charges added during checkout.

Order Processing & Handling Time

All orders are verified, prepared, and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding official federal holidays). Once your shipment has been handed to the carrier, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking information.

Transit & Delivery Time

Following the initial processing window, standard domestic shipping takes approximately 5 to 8 business days to arrive at your shipping address.

Address Modifications & In-Transit Interceptions

It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address at checkout. Address changes can only be made before your order enters fulfillment. Once a parcel is handed over to the carrier, we cannot modify or redirect the delivery destination.
